These Terms of Use apply to the public website at graniteanswering.com operated by Raynel Mazara d/b/a Granite Answering (“Granite Answering,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. What this site is
This website describes Granite Answering’s AI receptionist service for trade businesses and provides contact and demo information. Pricing and features shown are informational and may change. A signed client agreement controls paid service.
2. Demo line
The demo number (781) 566-8243 lets you hear Riley answering as the fictional shop “Harbor Line Plumbing & Heating.” It is not a real plumbing or HVAC company, does not dispatch technicians, and does not provide emergency response. If you have a real gas smell or life-threatening emergency, leave the building and call 911.
3. No professional advice
Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax, or licensed-trade advice. Riley is a phone intake assistant for client businesses; she is not a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or emergency dispatcher.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or demo line (including harassment, spam, fraud, or attempts to disrupt the service).
5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and logos are owned by Raynel Mazara / Granite Answering unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
6. Disclaimers
